The Education System Varies in Each Country

Estancia Central Elementary School

Each country has a teaching and learning system and the curriculum varies depending on the education policies of each country. In Indonesia from making lesson plans to many students in one class different from those in the Philippines. Indonesia has a very detailed lesson plan, more private schools than state schools, a maximum of only 30-35 students in one classroom, schools that are not free, and students who have uniforms and books to get to school. Different from the Philippines, which has a short and clear lesson plan, has more public schools than private schools, in one class has 55-60 students, public schools are free and are not required to use uniforms also have textbooks.
All have their own advantages and disadvantages, the important point is to free education costs for future generations and not make it difficult for the next generation to get decent education so that they realize that there is no reason not to go to school is one of the country's best efforts to educate the lives of the next generation.

ECES - Estancia Central Elementary School is one of the state elementary schools in Estancia. this school is very large, has 79 teaching staff and 3,439 students. The following is the vision and mission of ECES:

VISION

We dream of Filipinos, who passionately love their country and whose values and competencies enable them to realize their full potential and contribute meaningfully to building the nation.

As a learner-centered public institution, the Department of Education continuously improves itself to better serve its stakeholders.

MISSION
To protect and promote the right of every Filipino to quality, quitable, culture-based, and complete basic education where:

Students learn in a child-friendly, gender-sensitive, safe, and motivating environment. Teachers facilitate learning and constantly nurture every learner. Administrators and staff, as stewards of the institution, ensure an enabling and supportive environment for effective learning to happen. Family, community and other stakeholders are actively engaged and share responsibility for developing life-long learners.

On January 17 and 18 before starting teaching practice, we conducted many observations in various types of Estancia Central Elementary School (ECES) classes. On the first day, we observed regular classes in grades 2, 5 and 6. On the second day, we observed grades 5 and 6 in the Advance class and the disability class.

Children in the regular class are children from middle to lower economic circles. They still help their parents to trade outside school hours. During school hours, they go to school with high enthusiasm to study. They are also active in class, they are not ashamed or afraid to ask if they are having trouble understanding each lesson given by the teacher in class.

Advanced class children come from middle to upper economic circles. They are able to buy uniforms and books for school. they are quicker to understand every material given, their class is not so noisy, they are very orderly and disciplined. And the disability class has two teachers in one classroom. even though they have shortcomings they are still special children. nothing can prevent them from learning to increase their knowledge. They also have different attitudes and some are very active and some are passive.

Education will never run out at any time, there is no reason at all to not continue your education. Whatever the policies about education in each of your countries, remember that education is very important.
Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.~ Nelson Mandela
